At Truefitt & Hill, we strive for excellence in every grooming experience; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Package
Securely pack the unused products in their original presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship Item
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned goods, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
